Flash 8 allows some rather special effects and interaction with webcams (now the player can access pixels and whatnot), so some experiments will be available very soon in this section... What I'm particularly interested is in motion detection and its use as a interface (not to mention general creative effects!)

Thanks to an article on Macromedia's developer site (many thanks to Flashguru!), the above example was created - adding a motion blur for effect. if you've got a webcam you can try out an interactive sample
